Salary/Grade: MPS or UPS plus TLR 2[1} - £2,640 per annum

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and inspiring colleague to work with the Curriculum Leader to secure outstanding outcomes for all our students. You will have a proven record of raising attainment and accelerating progress. The length of your teaching career is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and our team of committed and dedicated staff as well as your ability to motivate and inspire.

You will have access to on-going development opportunities and the support of a forward thinking, successful multi-academy trust. You will be joining a team of strong and experienced school leaders who will do whatever it takes to help you to succeed in your new and exciting role.

We welcome applications from teachers of all specialisms to enhance our already diverse department.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • evidence the positive impact of raising attainment through their own teaching
  • demonstrate inspirational classroom practice and innovation
  • teach Science at both GCSE and A level
  • work as part of a team, inspire others and offer high impact development support if needed
  • understand examination specifications and what success looks like

We wish to attract a high calibre candidate who will eventually become a talented leader, fully involved in taking the school forward in the next stage of its development. This post is a very important one and will need a team player with vision, high expectations, flair, drive, determination, energy and a strong commitment to raising standards. A dedicated teacher is required, who will be committed to the high quality of teaching and learning in this school, which is a hallmark of its success.

The Brook Learning Trust

The Brook Learning Trust is proud to have The Hayesbrook School as part of our family of academies. As a Trust, we bring together our unique academies in our belief in the power of education to change lives and communities.

A strong focus on teaching and learning as well as high standards and expectations has led the Brook Learning Trust to become one of the highest performing multi-academy trusts in the country.
